    Nice mike!!! Nearly my year of birth. It feels like 30-odd years sometimes when you speak to Beacon about getting them to offer a case.

    It is only stressfull if the person arranging it doesn't keep on top of these sort of companies. Have you turned grey yet? I turn grey for you every time you post and it isn't sorted yet!!!! Come on, you can do it and get completed by Christmas. :beer:

    that is so funny you should ask as i found 3 grey hairs the other day what with turning 30 and the remortgage i will be full grey soon im sure.

    BTW, I found my first grey hair at 19! I've had a tough life.

    have now got hold of my broker who says she is waiting for a respose to an appeal about only missing 1 payment as shes trying to get me the better rate.
    she is going to contact them at 3 and then phone me im not holding my breath.
    my horoscopes say i will get good news on the 29th!!
