All the houses in this new development have sold, with only apartments remaining. So its not a question of sellers being in denial, buyers are still out there paying high prices.

OK its Elstree not Borehamwood, but its only a mile away and public transport is not as good.

Have they exchanged and completed yet, because if not it is just more of Basil and Martin's bullcrap. They have had a board outside on of the flats next to their "elstree" office since 1987.

There is a world of difference between Elstree and B'wood, albeit on the railway line divides the two.

Thta was over 6 years ago buddy. I could get an article on something horrific from every town. Jill dando was shot in the face in a leafy suburb of london does that mean it's rough?
