Can we have an art and craft board please?

I have enjoyed plenty of art and craft threads in the old-style board, but have only just realised that lively discussions are also going on in the special occasions and celebrations board that I have been missing - maybe in other areas too.
As art and craft is highly popular with lots of money savers, I would like to suggest a dedicated board- along the same lines as the greenfingered board. You could argue that art and crafting is the same sort of niche money-saving hobby as gardening.
At the moment there is no one logical place to post threads relating to arts and crafts.
