Virgin what?
My advise is to keep your line rental with BT, if you pay a LLU operator for your rental and the line develops a fault who are you going to call?
The answer is you call the LLU operator, they will then have to book a service call with BT (Who still own the last mile of copper to your house, and don't let anyone else work in their exhnages).
So, are they going to be that bothered?
BTW BT line rental is around £11 or so.That gum you like is coming back in style.0
