Poor him. but eBay doesnt seem to reply to the unregistered users??!!

No I don't think it is a good idea to buy that ebook. The only way to get back on ebay is to follow their difficult and sometimes peculiar rules, there is no short cut. Anyone that suggests a sneaky way of getting back on is likely to be doing something against the rules, which would turn any temporary ban into a permanent ban.
