Same here, mine was quick, and a very smooth process.
I dealt with the High Holborn branch - i guess it depends who you goto really - theres efficient and non efficient people in all types of organisations under the same brand.

Sorry for the delay someone rang me yesterday and was quite helpful (shock horror!) Although I knew what info they would need, and it took them over a week to ask for it.
Though she said she would ring back yesterday or today at the latest and as yet she hasnt rung back.
Confirmed the rate though so that was a start.... Will let you know how it all goes... Keep us up to date with yours.
