I won these as well, but when i tried to load all the codes onto my account to use my downloads, only 3 of the codes worked, the rest said they had already been used?! Anyone else had this problem? Tried to email them, but feel a bit cheeky doing that seeing as its a prize!

ScotsLass I'm not sure what you can do, i was going to write to say thanks but there didn't appear to be contact details and the email was just from 'newsletter' or something. I've been able to redeem all codes no problem, and now have 100 song credits to use.

This should not be a problem since my laptop died couple weeks back and after repair i have lost everything! Photos, videos, songs.... :mad:

But this win came at perfect time to get some stuff back - thanks so much Kips! I cannot believe I have won this just as I lost all my songs! Advice everyone - get all your stuff backed up now! Photos can't be replaced, songs can.

2 of mine don't work either one says code already used and the other said invalid code!

I've have got 2 to work so far though.
