Recommend a mobile with a voice recorder that can record directly to a MicroSD card

Hi fellow MSE'ers I am looking for a mobile that has a voice recorder and can record directly to a Micro SD or similar card or a phone that has a large in built memory.
I am looking to record lectures. I currently use a Lobster 700TV phone (yup that weirdly shaped one), the voice recorder is great but the inbuilt memory is only 80mb and although I have a 2gig MicroSD card installed I cannot figure out how I can get it to record onto the MicroSD card.
Am looking for a PAYG phone, max budget is £150 but would like to spend £80-£100. Not bothered about what network, would love a 3G/HSDPA compliant phone but that'd just be the icing on the cake and is not essential.
I realise I can buy a standalone voice recorder but I am sure there is a make/model of mobile phone that will do the job!
