    ... they just won't bother to post web messages about it.

    I used TLF for my DD travel system, cot and various other bits and bobs ... no problems, got polite service by email and phone, and all arrived when promised.

    The buggy was on preorder and they were emailing me daily to tell me when it had left Italy, arrived in Southampton, arrived in store, been checked and been dispatched. Lo and behold, it arrived the next day. Saved me a fortune compared to other retailers.

    Sure enough the carseat was delivered today. Although not opened it up yet I hope and prey they sent the right one as my 7month old little girl will be a teenager by the time she gets to use it! :rolleyes:
