Best PAYG networks for calling 0870/0845 numbers?

Hi guys,

I'm after a PAYG sim (preferably, would consider pay monthly) that offers a decent price for calling 0870/0845 numbers. O2 used to have a decent deal a few years back before they hiked their prices up. I am currently on vodafone's smart step price plan (no longer available, I think), which had a good deal of 30p for the first three minutes and 5p thereafter - but now they have hiked their prices up for 08 numbers to 20p or 25p (I forget).

I was hoping to find a PAYG (or monthly contact) that will offer me calls to these numbers in the 10p-15p range (or even lower). Heck, even a phone card that allows calls to these numbers at normal BT rates.

Thanks a lot.

If you have access to inclusive or cheap landline calls you could also use
http://www.18185.co.uk/mobilerates.php via their 020 access number.

Can you not find geographical alternatives to the 0845/0870 numbers you call at www.saynoto0870.com ?

I doubt it what even 0844/0871 etc.

Their site clearly states 8p a minute is only to any UK network mobile or UK standard landline.
