quick question re 02 broadband

Hello all
I know this has been posted before because I have read it somewhere....but for the life of me I cant find it anywhere so if any1 has the original thread pls feel free to post the link...
So anyway I thought it would be quicker to do a quick post to ask the question!
Am getting the o2 broadband £7.50 a month deal as an o2 customer, have gone to order it this morning but it is saying we cant get it on our landline which I think is because we only had our bt landline activated on friday (i tried the postcode and it says we can get it) sooooo does anyone know roughly how long i should wait? It has advised me to call the customer services but I want to be cheeky and get the quidco cash back!!!!
