I agree Rabbit-in-headlights .....bringing this topic to the forefront is essential!! Definately `post of the month` .

I really do feel that if a credit agreement under 25k (regulated by the Consumer Credit Act) as UNSECURED and sold by the financial institutions as UNSECURED , with all the regulatory disclosures that this Act covers,....then such an agreement should never, ever , have the potential to become secured!!!

Unless `the borrower` is clearly made aware that potential secured status can be sought then how can this be legal....surely this is tantamount to mis-selling.

Just my opinion.

- I ve done my bit, even visited my nice Mp who took my letter that had all kinds of info, from someone who had written all the good facts in and i signed it and its now been sent to Minister for justice, our lovely mr jack straw

will await on what he gets back now

i was very firm in his office told my nice mp , i know i was only a little voice in his office that day but i was still a member of this country!

i think he took me seriously no very nice, but lets all do the same guys

Why are the people on the DFW board who have a DMP in place not interested in this? Answers please. As this potentially effects all on a DMP with more than a £1000 owing to a lender.
