What about Broadway or Bootle Strand, also don't forget the one on Bold Street in town and the one on Lord Street, that doesn't get so many visitors and I've found things that have sold out elsewhere. There's one in Netherton, Marion Square, Maghull and Skem too, go to https://www.homebargains.co.uk to check the nearest. Let me know if you can't get any local to you and I'll go to the Broadway one and have a look. Also forgot Walton Vale and South Road in Crosby

Yes I got these as well as stocking fillers for my three. They are 14, 16 (17 by then) and nearly 19 so it is very difficult to find interesting stocking fillers.

(Well actually it would be very easy to do a stocking for my daughter - packs of 10, some condoms, vodka minatures, jewellery and 20 pound notes! :rotfl: )

At Gateshead, Charles Worthington hair brushes 99p - normally £5.99- £6.99. Various kinds, including the big paddle type.

Picked up a novelty blankey blank travel game for 99p..Thought it would be funny to play haven't seen that in ages..(Doncaster)..They also had fantastic 4 extendable arms for £1.49 I think...Great stocking filler noveltys

Bought a small tin of Quality Street for £2.49 - good for a child's stocking filler.

There was a large selections of roses etc - 2 boxes for £5.00.

Went in to the Wrexham store today.

I bought a click it car set which are similar to the ones in ELC for my toddler at 4.99 and a finger puppet theatre at 2.99 both are wooden and very nice.

I also picked up a tube of pringles at 69p (i think).

I saw that they had some Gold Twig Lights for 6.99 which is a bargain as i bought some from International last weekend for 9.99.
