    In Retford store this morning:
    Lots of Disney Princess things, including a Party Play Set reduced from £20 to £4.99.
    Wide selection of children's stationery, including Disney and Magic Roundabout.
    Small Lego Clikits boxes for 89p.
    Lindt and other Swiss chocolate bars, various prices, but all cheap.
  • Hudds - great kids cd's - action/bedtime songs, bargain at 99p

    some great choc offers, the Creme Brulee and Orange Lindt near the front door, bargain bathroom scales, some model beginning with T, far more expensive in Boots, a spring pedal bin....on and on....and on...

    The choc bar highlighted is astonishingly gorgeous.

    and Flyte chocolate drink sachets at 10p (very more-ish)

    still had some of the glass bottles of Stardrops in store (not any cheaper than else-where but like the glass ones for recycling purposes)

  • Large Neutrogena treatment shampoo for greasy hair @ £2.99. They are priced at over £6 in Boots if I remember right. I saw the small size in Tesco for over this price. It might sound expensive still but a bottle lasts for ages.
  • could anyone tell me what payment methods they accept at HB? Do they take debit cards? I paid by cheque last time but it took ages! Thanks

    yes - they take debit and credit cards.

    All stores I have been to do not have chip and pin, which just means you have to sign. AFAIK no min spend to buy with card either.
