HB is great, we get all of the presents for the kids birthdays, etc. from there.

Once got a big foam glider thing for £1.99, walked into TrUS and the exact same thing was going for £14.99. Made my day.

The wife has planned a trip in there tommorow (Coulby Newham) for the monthly InfaCol and Oilatum purchase for the baby.

I don't know if you are aware, but you can get both of those items free if you go and ask your GP for a prescription. Also things like Sudocrem (sp?) and E45 cream.

Tried that and got no joy from our GP.

Said 'he did not recommend InfraCol' and set us up with some anti-colic massage training instead :doh:

As for the Oilatum Bath, we used to get it for the Boy, for his Excma, but he is on some expensive cream now and all his repeats have been wiped of his prescription list. We could not justify it for the baby - Doc said it was not medically required.

went in today got KMS hairspray for £1.49 rrp £10.49..It's what you buy in hair salons..Got sports bottle sugar free ribenas 19p each and a pack of 8 lunch box size sunny delights for 99p

Went in to halfpriceorless in Lancaster today and amongst other things got a 360g bag of kp dry roasted peanuts for 39p (BB25th March 06) and a fantastic plush toy in the shape of a radio (about 38cm long in a box)thats also - you guessed it - an autoscan radio! for 3.99 (It's bright pink, and perfect for a prezzie for a young girl)

Nidor Stratos chocolate bars ( like chunky Aeros with nuts in ) for only 10p . They are marked up in my local store at 15p , but scan through checkouts at 10p.

Lonka fruit fudge for 39p (200g in a resealable bag) - give this a try - its absolutely gorgeous.

Kit Kats pack of 8 in strawberry n cream flavour for 39p.. Never seen this variety elsewhere, but it sure is cheap.
