Really sorry to bring this thread back from the dead yet again but does the verdict on the court case for mis-sold ppi have any bearing on my case or I am still in the same boat because PPI was not regulated before 14th January 2005 (my loans were taken out in 03/04).

hi i had a loan with blackhorse in 2004 to was going to try and get my ppi back but reading this i dont think il bother
