Mis-sold PPI with Black Horse....help!!

Hi thanks for the replies yes Lloyds where covered but Blackhorse were not dont think i could go to court as im not very good in those type of situations (need to toughen up me thinks lol) No i only wanted to complain about Blackhorse mis-selling me ppi but because of them not being governed ive hit a brick wall at every possible turn lol (no wonder ive always got a headache) I have rung the FOS 3 different time so i could speak to different people just so knew i was getting the right info. Thanks again

see what these have to say hun, not sure how they would help here but some they have, so get in touch with these and explain your problem here, again these are free.
Anyone is worth a try if free, go for it and see what they have to say, its another option here.;)

Hi Just been looking on FLA website and when i search for Blackhorse it tells me that they are covered by the FLA lending code is there a way i can check what date that is from because if they where covered in dec 2002 then there might be hope after all .

I would personally email or ring them - and ask them;)
They will let you know straight away hun, and no harm done.
Go for it.:D
Oh also explain your situation and ask if there is anything they can do to help.

Quick update the FLA are looking at my complaint but going through Lloyds dont no if it will do much good but if i dont try i will never no, will post again when i hear off them.

Hi all,

Sorry to say but no, i have had the same letter sent to me by blackhorse to say an even bigger no than i got last time.

Any ideas anyone Do i contact FLA again to tell them the response i got or will they already know.

I really dont think its worth fighting for now:mad:

Hi there.
Yes I would contact the FLA again, then see what they have to say from there, they may come back with something.;)
There maybe other ways around this, see what they say first.

Sorry to bring this dead thread back to life folks but has anybody in this situation with Black Horse had any luck with this whatsoever????

Black Horse are thieves and they are getting away with this in broad daylight :mad:
