Watched the first episode & part of the second episode.

What is the point he's trying to make ??????

This was a total waste of my time, as it doesn't seem to come to any conclusion !!

Unless in the last episode he actually says houses are way over priced and its been the biggest Ponzi scheme in history, so don't touch it with a barge pole for the next few years, it has been a waste of time

Tales of woe...... oh dear, one woman bought 7 appartments (flats to you and me) without seeing them at a seminar. Now she is up !!!!!! creek big time going to lose the family home etc. I did laugh at the stupid cow though. They got her hook line and sinker. Bedsit land for her now me thinks. Another bloke just getting into b t l he said it's property you can't go wrong can you....... He's been on the moon for the last year or so I think. Catch the end on C4 plus 1 .

i wish the bloke would ask them some proper questions like "why on earth did you do something this stupid" rather than just presenting the situation as if these poor folk had been screwed by an unfair system.

i liked the property investor who just pointed out that if people were stupid enough to buy the places without even looking at them, he wasn't going to shed a tear whilst he was buying their houses up at auction.

Forgot about them, they were first in the queue.......What queue. No disrespect but I don't think they were the type of buyer the developer was originally planning for the place. The hire van they were kipping in wasn't an Audi TT was it??? She needed some tattoos. I wonder what happened to all the champagne, there were not enough punters to guts it all.....
