any tips for the role play anyone??0

I didn't have to role play. If you do have to (doubt it, being a store rather than call center) then just use your common sense, they wont hit you with anything technical because you haven't been trained.Work like you don't need money,Love like you've never been hurt,And dance like no one's watchingSave the cheerleader, save the world!0

They may give you a role play - where a 'typical' customer wants to buy a phone and describes how many calls/texts etc she makes in a month and what features she wants on her phone - MP3 player etc
You are then given a list of 4 or 5 tariffs and 4 or 5 handsets with the features listed. Sometimes these are made up for the role play. You then have to demostrate to the interviewer why you think that tariff and phone are the best for the customer.
Some tips on role plays:
1. Read the information provided - people have failed this because they miss important details about the 'customer' or the 'products' on offer
2. Use your common sense
3. Use good reasonings as to why you have selected X, Y and Z
You cannot prepare for them unless, you have been given the role play info before the interview, which is 0.0001% of the time."The reason we're successful, darling? My overall charisma, of course." -- Freddie Mercury
