Eek!!! I can hear scrabbling about in the attic i think the mice are back:eek:   . I have plugged in my sonic device but i don't know how much good it'll do. I'm going to do my jobs then try and get some sleep.
  • Hello all, haven't posted for a while, 4 weeks to be exact ie the whole time OH was home. But have read all your posts but usually so far behind that any comments won't have made sense - since seeing OH off yesterday read over 800 posts from last week and the whole of this thread, being a nosey parker who can't bear to miss anything is time consuming!!!

Over the last 4 weeks have done lots of flying (with OH) and the house is the cleaniest it has probably ever been, having a big family get together where I could only shut off one room saw to that. Just need to do minimal amounts to keep on top of it for the next 4 weeks whilst OH is away :T - that is to the minimal flying not to him being away!!

The one room requiring attention is crammed with boxes (of papers mainly) and I have done little in there for the past 3 months. It also includes an upended sofa from the dining room (moved to give more space for the 'do') which I don't know what to do with now - OH wants to fling it, I don't but think we'd both be happy if I sorted some more boxes.

Toots - good to see you back and glad the treatment appears to have gone well

Mudbath - good luck for a new dog and congrats on passing your latest exam

Lil_me - not sure exactly what type of book boxes you are after but have you looked at Really Useful Boxes - are strong plastic, can be stacked and come in various sizes. Website is http://www.reallyusefulproducts.co.uk/uk/ but can view/get at Staples

Get well vibes to all of you (and your families) who are sick or under the weather

Well done on all those starting courses/uni and good luck

Think my MACAW should be to be in bed before 12.30 so best go
Don't put it down, put it away - thanks Valli

Thank you to all who post competitions & help the smooth running of the comps board

  • Morning everyone,

*hugs* to those who need them.

I didn't fly very much yesterday, but I did clean the glass doors to the conservatory - it was covered in DD fingerprints! I also did a bit of a tidy up in her room to. And I also did my dailies.

I should get loads done over the next week because DH is on lates - 2pm - 3am everyday. I seem to get more done when he's not there lol!

I finish at lunchtime today so an afternoon of flying is planned - will make it into a game then DD will want to do it to!!!!

Hope you all have a lovely day x
