Zone Alarm stopping my phone synching

Options
I have Zone Alarm 7.1 and it won't allow my phone to sync with my PC but I can't see how to change any settings.

Any ideas?

Is it using ActiveSync or some other sync software? How does the phone connect to the computer?

You need to allow the sync application or service through ZoneAlarm.

Have you allowed ActiveSync in the Program Control > Programs tab of ZoneAlarm?

You might also have to add an IP address into your trusted zone, my PDA syncs on 169.254.2.1

I've just realised it's not ActiveSync on Vista, it's Windows Mobile Device Manager
