No pop ups recently, just slow to run anything, and processor running at full capacity most of the time.

Maybe, but they shouldn't be running all the time should they ?
I have had them for about 6 months and not had a problem with the slow processing until last week.
I can remove Sopcast and TVu player if you think it will help ?

Are there any other scans I should run ?

The highest CPU usage in Task Manager was Taskmger.exe at 15/16.

really not sure whats going on then , all the spyware scans come back clean , so there seems to be no background

The computer seems ok at the moment actually. It seems to be worst when it restarts or starting from a fresh boot up (not hibernation).

Also do you know anything about the Trojan.Vundo.EWZ problem I have ?
