Upgrading Tiscali Broadband/ Cashback

I am intending to upgrade my Tiscali package by adding line rental.
If I do it through Quidco would the fact that I am an existing customer
disqualify me from cashback?

I recently upgraded to include line rental in my package. I noticed in ads that they were offering this for £10.99 (or £9.99) for the first three months, so I asked if i could have this as well despite being an existing customer. This wasn't possible, but when I asked about the £30 set up fee, it was possible to get this amount credited on my future bills, which I guess is a better offer than that for their new customers. It's always worth asking about discounts, so my advice is go through Tiscali. If it helps, I was through to their call centre in the Philippines.

My advice is to steer well clear of Tiscali, there customer service goes from shocking to non-existant.

They make it almost impossible to make a complaint and never call you back when they say they will, they also seem to have difficulty in setting up direct debits (see my other thread)

I would never recommend Tiscali to anyone, in fact I would tell people to get out while they can.
