Has anyone used fireplaceworld.co.uk?

They have a sale on at the moment and I am interested in one of the items but don't know anything about them.

If anyone has any good or bad feedback on them, I would appreciate it.

Fireplace world, I would not deal with them customer service is rubish. Placed my order had a phone call to say it will be with me by the end of the week. waited 3 & a half wks an i got fed up with being fobed off with (it will be in stock next week) so cancelled my order had a call the next day ow we have one in stock for you. Ok i'll take it. The fire arrived no paper work or manual in the box & very sharp mitred edges not lined up. Asked for a refund & they arranged a re-collection on the friday no one come to collect. The fire was collected monday. Still no refund as yeet. So phoned them up 20mins waiting for them to answer the phone. Told me a refund will take 3 days Why! cause we have only ust got your email today, But the fire was collected on monday.
So i would not recomend them.
