just withdrew my first profit from matched betting - £7.56 (from a £10 free bet). Not too shabby for a couple of minutes work (lots of stress waiting for the bet to settle though!) so i've added that to my total - £165.66:j

hopefully there'll be more where that came from!!

has any one done Gala bingo?

its deposit a fiver for 12.50 cashback?

    any tips for actually winning?

I joined Gala around April, staked my £5 or £10, got my cashback tracked and paid out and have, since, won £200 in free games on a Thursday. I don't know how I won them, just luck, as I run the game in the back ground and just keep checking back to collect free tickets and stay connected as it bumps you out every 60 minutes.

I was trying the free scratchcards but think I have messed it up. I paid in the £10, got the stake matched plus a free £1 then played through the cash. Unfortunately, I clicked something twice and ended up with twice the number of tickets, which meant I only had bonus money left, so I can't play the free scratchcards now! IF the £12.50 cashback gets confirmed then I may try again.

On a brighter note, my 7th advert has tracked on Gumtree (at 30p) and I have received more enquiries. One has said they definitely want my mixed box of books etc and has said they are sending payment including P&P this week. EXCELLENT! If this arrives, I'll can get another box put together to slowly declutter. Have posted ad number 8 now and am just off to list an old vacuum and a broken printer on Freecycle, pity we couldn't list stuff for sale on there!

free bingo at gala bingo? is that all day on a thursday? or just specific times?

a lot of the sites i'm a member of have free bingo, but it always tends to be during the day on weekdays, when i'm at work!

Mecca bingo is an easy £20 profit if you sign up through t*pcashback and deposit/play through £10. It tracked £30 cashback no problem for me and it's since been claimed and banked. I've now solved the problem with my b*tlinsbingo and played my free scratchcard - only won the minimum 10p.

Am I right in thinking that it should be at least 10p every day, so should generate at least £8.70 before the end of this challenge? (87 days left) If so, I wish I'd found this at the start, it could have been £10 :D Does that mean if I do this every day that it'll net me a guaranteed £36.50 next year plus any other winnings?

Thanks Bails, I'll need to sign back in and find my second scratch card! I didn't know that, thank you! :) That means nearly £42 in a year free, that's enough to pay the contents insurance if I get a decent cashback offer! :j :T

Well done on eBay listings! :)

Wow I've missed loads of posts on this challenge! I've read up to the end of p. 19 so will start on p. 20 tomorrow - hope I haven't missed anything important and sorry if I have! :o

Well just a quick update, I've now earnt £54.67 in total (from a combo of paid OT and Cashinco points - thou need to earn more to withdraw them! - but OT already set aside in my savings acc ;) ). So that's £945.33 to go!

I've done LOADS of OT this last week but haven't got my timesheet to hand to add them to my record, I think there will be £100 odd thou as it was nearly 17 hours in total (hence why I've not been posting - spent half the week travelling up and down the country!!) ... I REALLY hope so anyway! :D

Oooh and I got a pay rise this year, it was agreed at the beginning of Sept (after my review in Aug) and - finally! - I think it has now been applied to my pay (backdated, I might add). I'm going to call my agency tomorrow and check that it is that, and they've not just sent me £500 extra for no real reason! But I had estimated it would be approx. that amount, so I think it might be it! I've added it into my CC savings account but *sigh* I'd better not add it to the challenge money hey :p

On the other hand, just you try and stop me adding the extra £'s/hour I'll be getting after my raise on any new OT! :D

Right I'm gonna update my sig and then get some sleep (if you're wondering why I'm up so late I'm just really stressed!! And can't get to sleep as keep worrying about things which I know doesn't help but I can't seem to stop it  !!)

    Night all xx
