Then transfer agreed amount into separate personal accounts. Put all figures on paper and agree it all then get him to agree that only you will have access to account 1 - would that work?

Hi Bluezone
I dont really have any useful advice - I just wanted to wish you luck getting the OH sorted out.
Enjoy the swimming and coffee and feel free to rant here whenever you need to - ive been there before and this site and the people really cheered me up and kept me going when I felt like everything was crashing down around my ears.
I hope everything works out for you.

£Ronnie - cheers for the reply. It probably is just just the momey side getting me down and the feeling of banging my head against a brick wall.
To all of you - It was so cold last night that we ended up not going swimming but we went for a drink and a lengthy chat instead. Much needed me thinks.

thanks to all your replies. When I got home I tried to talk again to hubby - he did give me another chq for £500 which I am banking today although he may not be able to give me much more on friday (this is when he usually gives me the chqs).
I have invited my parents round tonight for dinner and will chat to him after they have gone - once he has been lured into a false sense of security! - nasty I know.😁0
