Hi,
I've currently got AOL broadband for £14.99 pcm for 2mb speed. I am out of the fixed contract term, I am looking to cut down my bill and increase my speed. I've had a look at o2 but the standard packages aren't avaliable in my area and i've avoided signing another fixed term because:
1. 18 month contract
2. My broadband keeps losing connection, not sure if its the router (Netgear). Has anyone experienced this problem?
Should I wait for O2 to unbundle my exhange or jump ship to another supplier for 12 months?
Any advice would be brill. Thanks

if your happy with AOL go back to them and threaten to leave. They do have a much cheaper rate for what you have, around £10.00 I think. Also you could get all your phone calls for free included in the package. I went from £20.00 a month to £15.00 amonth with much higher download sped and free phone calls. ITs worth a try. If they don't wnat to accommodate you - leave. Tiscali is very competitve!0

The OP is obviously not happy with the service from AOL! Why stay with them whatever the rate? Check how real users rate various ISP's here Note just how far down the list Tiscali is, avoid. Blue text on this forum usually signifies hyperlinks, so click on them!..:wall:0
