And because the new law coming in, will mean that some LLs may find their tenants can force them to sell their own house to pay for the court award of inconveniece(?) costs, even if they amount to just 1k.RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.

In March, I was offered (and accepted) an offer of more than 10 x my salary for my home. I don't think it will ever be worth 10 x my salary again. The sale fell through because of problems further down the chain and I took the house off the market.
