Urrgh, I know clio. Waiting to hear if we can get a 0% transfer to another card. The application was accepted but when the confirmation letter arrived there was no mention of the 0%. The operator said she 'thought' it was going to be 0% but we'd have to wait until the card arrived. How hard can it be? Their system must say whether we'll get the promotional rate or not. Just have to wait and see. Good luck with Virgin.0
