Sanctuary voucher works in Hanley no probs at all.I used it to get Mestizo body butter which smells lovely-I'm a pink girl normally but the kuan ji version didn't really appeal to me.Also finally treated myself with points to Urbun decay book of shadows-it is gorgeous and something Mrs bluebear will love for 2500points-It's my birthday present to myself for tomorrow as I am feeling very down this week. Will post a pic of it later.
Vera wang princess will be in store from next week although I saw it displayed in another store but not for sale apparently.I am sure there is a lovely gwp with it too as Sa was really excited about it so thats my next points incentive. Also love the jpg madame gift set very nice.
    Love can tame the wildest

Glad (well, not really, but I hope you know what I mean...) it wasn't just me it wouldn't work for. However, in my store, the signs by the FC free bags said "free when you spend £5 on ALL FC" so I think they should you let you have one with 1 FC product - I was pushing it a bit hoping to get 3 with 3. But maybe someone assertive could have a go with the Xmas sets....GOOD LUCK!!

i only tried for 1 as only had 1 fcuk set(which was 1 of the 342 that i paid for).i did say to sa i have done as was on the sign ie spent over £5 on fcuk but she still refused....(i also took ages trying to decide what to get... )
 Am thinking of a new one:beer:

Yes - this is pretty much what I did too:) Also - I only collected mine last Thurs so this def does work!! They did get a manager to do the transaction as this is a new system and many of the staff dont know how to do it yet and when I went to collect - again - they got a team leader over and about 3 other staff were watching as they said they were using it as a staff training exercise LOL!! Really good service though - they took a week to come and I even got a phone call to say that they were ready to collect.

THANK YOU 'Mamaduke' and 'deb':j re the GHDS

Just a quick question :- when you asked them at the electrical dept did they not ask you for the 'item code' etc?? - when I tried before they asked for the 'item code' which I had for the GHDs on 'Boots.com' - did they already have all this info?? - on your receipt does it have a 'product code' for the GHDs???- I'd be really grateful if you could provide it to me (just so I'm 100% sure that they are using the right product codes etc) - THANK YOU!!XX

In my local store they had temp signs put up on the door about a fortnight ago stating that GHD's are now available to order instore. I was initially gutted as i had just received my ghds from .com that same day (although i got about £20 worth of points from order so it softened the blow a little bit and i'll just spend my points on xmas sets instead lol).

I'm just thinking that as they are now specifically promoting the ordering of them staff may be a bit more clued up on the process now than they were before hun. Hope it all works out for you this time x

I also got 750 pts added when i rang cs regarding the sanctuary voucher from the times.she said they could not check which stores were participating atm....(however i also still have the voucher...hmmm;) would they be able to check and remove pts if tried it later in the week!!)
has anyone tried the xmas 342 buying fcuk sets and getting free bag...i picked up an£8 fcuk set,£8 s&g set and other set for £6.99(free). however sa wouldnt let me have bag... my point was i had spent over £5 on fcuk..it does not state not to be used with other offers etc..

If you don't use your advantage card when you get another then then they'll never know ;) (cue evil laugh!!!)

  • It hadn't finished in my Boots as I got it on Saturday. Cue a call to customer service I think.
