The slimfast smoothie glitch is still working in store, fyi. That was my real goal today, and the Sanctuary body butter was just a bonus. I forgot to doublecheck when the offer ends; I think it is the 23rd? Does anyone know? And does that mean new offers will start on the 24th?

Anyway, if you're in health club, the smoothies ring up as 67p each, and one of them is free on 342. So that was 1.34 for three.

Just been told instore that when you use the half price Health Club offers then you cannot pay with points Is this correct?? Does anyone know??

And to add insult to injury....*aarrgghh*.... my points were debited at the full price.... (I was trying to get the Sensitive Soap Powder @ £3.69) When the half price didn't kick in I asked the SA to cancel the sale...she went off to get a supervisor to credit my points back to me but when I got home and looked at the receipt she has debited the points again!!!! Soooo...I have lost 738 points and received diddly squat in goods :mad:

And...and...Boots website says they are not taking emails to Customer Services at the mo and I am useless on the phone.....

The new branch of Boots at the Racecourse Retail Park, Liverpool are giving out vouchers for £5 off a £25 spend and 50p off a meal deal. These are only valid at this store. Vouchers run out on 27th September. Plenty of vouchers at the front tills!

I am wondering what the Sanctuary voucher ( not the Times one) is? Where do you get it??

just sent dh to get me a copy of the Times - I *love* sanctuary stuff!! Shame the paper is sooo expensive though or I would be really stocking up LOL!!

You can pay with points for 1/2 price HC goods, I've done this many times. You should be able to get the manager to add your points again the next time you are in the store, just keep your receipt as proof.

Hi all!
I just went in to boots today to get my son some pull-ups and managed to get a FCUK lip gloss for 50p and a sanctuary toner for 50p (think this is a travel sized one). I also got a pair of tights for 50p and the machine gave me a coupon for 100 points with any hosiery although it wouldn't work. The SA said it was because the tights were on sale but there is no minimum spend on coupon!
But I was happy anyway with getting a couple of bargains!

id jsut send them a letter and a copy of the receipt and explain what happend about the discount and the points think they should be able to trace the transaction ...they did with mines a few weeks ago ...some of the customer service staff when i have genuinely had a problem and had to phone get me in a fluster (although some have been quite nice)

i was told this a few weeks ago couldnt use any extra points coupons if the item was already reduced or on cleareance ...

I've never had a problem getting extra points on reduced items, maybe give CS a ring to clarify?
