As you all may or may not remember I tried to order a maclaren pushchair for my daughter the other night using paypal but .com wouldn't let me. I finally convinced my husband to let me order one as he gets paid on Thursday and we have transferred the money from Paypal so that will be in the bank Thurs/Fri too.
Anyway I tried to order it and the website wouldn't let me order using a debit card either so i checked the stock levels and there was only 2 left so i figured I had better phone the order through but nope - the phone line closes at 5pm on a saturday. The pushchair is now out of stock and I am so bloomin' annoyed. This happened to me the day the new website went online - there was some pretty good baby reductions and they went out of stock before I was able to order because of the stupid teething problems and I was promised the problems on my account had been sorted.
The worst thing is that I haven't seen the maclaren xlr reduced at all anywhere else and £36 off and £26 in points meant that I could justify it. She has gotten too big for her bee stroller and I bought her a silvercross dazzle but it is a nightmare to push and i am struggling with it. I feel like cryingokay admittedly that is probably hormones talking but it is just so unfair.
I am going to phone customer services tomorrow and complain (again).
Sorry but getting that rant off my chest was neccesary to my mental wellbeing
I had exactly the same thing. I still can't order online and missed a load of glitches. I'm fuming too. Customer services were rubbish - and didn't call me back TWICE - when they said they would:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
Hope Mr B is reading this - sack your IT department - they've killed your website.:eek::eek::eek::eek:Save me from spending...

Not a SNC, but due to Clare T's good spot on the bottle pumps and mine on the Lancome sharpeners, I'm still loving my £19.90 spend for £35 of points :j :j :j :rotfl:Treasurer and Co Founder of - The Smile It Won't Hurt Club

I know, I'm a bit annoyed that I didn't buy the slimfast last night when it would've been another 50% cheaper! If I can't get that discount, I won't buy the smoothies as I think they are just "eh" anyway.
The question is: Does the smoothies glitch still work in-store? Are you still getting 341, basically? I may pick up a few for when I want a smoothie "right now" and can't wait the two hours it takes to freeze my yogurt to the consistency I like for my yummy homemade smoothies, lol, or when I'm out of frozen fruit. I'm very particular in making my homemade version, lol.
Yes I got 3 for 1 today, I just had to try it out
Did anyone visit either Merry Hill or B'ham today? Just wondering if it's worth me taking a trip somewhere tomorrow...I'm actually supposed to be looking for some baskets etc for hampers, but I may just make a diversion to see Mr B
BTW Thank you to whoever recommended flowerhour, I got some lovely cellophane, tissue paper and ribbons today, it's great...even though the postman came knocking at my door at 7.20am  :mad:3 children under 5 means not enough comping and crafting time

thanks0 -
Well Mr BTVB and I are back
Trying really hard to catch up here and on the Facebook group too, but just wanted to mention that Cambridge Retail Park currently has loads of reduced No17 eyeshadows on 342, reduced socks and tights, MORE water filter cartridges, loads of jewellery and hair clip type things, and the Christmas stuff is rapidly filling the shelves - none of the daytime/evening No7 palettes though.
Plus a couple of No7 Breast Cancer face powders left plus 1 lip gloss - which some lovely person had smeared their finger across  Why oh why of why isn't more makeup sealed properly to stop this happening? So still on the look out for these lip glosses, hope Mr BTVB has more luck in town next week.
(Am going to have to be careful with my Bootsing for a bit though, exhaust fell off the batmobile tonight, thank god we were only 400 yards from home, and that it didn't happen last night on the way back from Cornwall )DFW no.554 - Proud to be dealing with my debts :TDAVID TENNANT CAN PROBE ME WITH HIS SONIC SCREWDRIVER ANYTIME...:AFLYING THE FLAG FOR THE CAMBRIDGE BOOTS TARTS :happyhear0 -

I did ask this before, but I think it might have been missed, so will ask againHas anyone managed to sucessfully get the "half price FCUK weekend bag" (with the voucher from the mag insert) and get the free FCUK bag for spending over £5.00 on FCUK (with the weekend bag then being £7.00)?
