  • I did ask this before, but I think it might have been missed, so will ask again :D Has anyone managed to sucessfully get the "half price FCUK weekend bag" (with the voucher from the mag insert) and get the free FCUK bag for spending over £5.00 on FCUK (with the weekend bag then being £7.00)?

Yes I did, the sa scanned the FCUK weekend bag and then I gave her the voucher from the mag, (I didn't show her the free bag in my basket) but it bleeped, she couldn't see any reason for it not to go through so after reading the voucher again she overrode it. I then gave her the free bag and it went through free no bleeps. so I got both bags for £7. HTH:)
  • Finally back to Bootsing since my return from lovely holiday....I have to admit I gave up trying to read through the various threads, it all got too much for me!
A pretty poor shop for me today in Newcastle city centre (though I shouldn't complain as I've got great stocks of Time Delay, No7, Trevor Sorbie & Mitchums from the previous glitches/tillspits/pinkies!). No clearance to be seen in either Eldon Square or Monument branches and tillspit for electricals is pants. Only got a meal deal and a No17 lipstick, free with voucher & a 17 eyeliner (the SA said no to the 342 even though I wasn't brave enough to try a third item). Voucher wouldn't scan so she had to go get a supervisor to override the till & there was a long queue behind me. By the way the larger stores have a wider selection of colours of the No17 sheer moisture lipsticks - I can recommend the Chocolate Suede - it looks dark but is actually a nice natural colour on.
Oh, and I finally joined the Health Club but haven't got my head around the benefits of this yet. Could anyone give me a quick explanation?

    whoops - found it!!
  • The Wishlist itself is in 'My Account' under 'Order History' x

By joining the Healthclub, you are now getting 50% off on selected products in store and online (although some Healthclub items were giving a further discount on top of that online). x

The question is: Does the smoothies glitch still work in-store? Are you still getting 341, basically? quote]

I could be wrong but i nipped into boots today and the woman at the till next to me had a basket over flowing with them so i guess it works.

Tried 2 of those mens botanics bags without any luck again broclo you really got a good bargain.
Store 1 Bag 1 had no packaging asked how much they didn't know got the manager and showed me the same products in a xmas gift but in a box instead of the bag which was £8.00 but she said seen as it comes in a bag they will do it for £10 and started to put it through for me yer NO THANKS.
Store 2 bag 2 packaging all ripped asked how much, it rang up at £15 but SA said yes it is ment to be in the clearance so it's £7.50. i left that too.

it just shows how all stores prices vary

oh and n17 voucher woudn't scan then when sa did it manually 342 didn't work so i asked for a refund but she was v annoyed with me as she said i don't understand your problem you got 342 anyway as lipstick free oops think i will give it a miss then and won't try it again.

I'm in east kilbride (near glasgow)

OFF TOPIC.... s****drug palmolive glitch mentioned previously (cashmere creme showergel £2.19 sel but scans at 54p and BOGOF) 26p each!!

mitchums £1 off in store so rollons free with printed voucher (spray 15p)

No sign of the cashmere creme in the 2 superdrug stores I visited today:confused: I got a mitchum spray for 15p. No rollons left:rolleyes: then I popped into tesco and got another mitchum for free. the SA couldn't scan the voucher so she just took 1.72 off - the full amount, as opposed to 1.50:D )

Had to have my daily boots fix, so bought just a couple of things as i'm trying to save the pennies:D

    sunsilk brunette shampoo/conditioner reduced to 1.00 each and 3 4 2

3x time delay mens face wash, reduced to 1.20 each and 3 4 2:D

not as good as some peeps shopping lists, especially superflygals:D You did really well to get all that swimwear for 12p each. I'm green with envy;) Well done:T
  • Can someone please just update me with the instore slim.fast smoothie glitch please?!
