I used it fine last Saturday but on Thursday my daughter had a problem using it in Leicester so I said no prob will do it for you.Used same products and the same till in the same store and it would not work! Said offer not met! Sa checked it and put it in manually but still no good. Then voided all of it and put through again but still no.Finally put lipstick through as zero and i added another product (and coupon) to get the 342! I think the glitch is fixed ! It seemes it will not go through with 342 offer or with any product which is part of 342 offer.

Yeah, thats what I thought, since it should of worked with the same items I just got SA to void mine off, as I really don't need anymore make up

had first order delivered last week but checked just now and not showing as pending.Rang CS and they said they had technical errors with .com and points.Put them on manually for me . I also noticed that on the contact me page it says you can email them but 'at this busy time we cannot reply by email' how bizarre!

Thanks hun, do I have to wait for it to be delivered then? or shall I just ring and inform them its not shown as pending?

They didn't even have the sheer moisture in my Boots - several others, but not this. Maybe just as well, as it seems it doesn't work anymore anyway......!

Spooky.... I had exactly the same today (with almost the same items!)I've done this transaction twice in the last week but today it wasn't happening! The SA said exactly the same . . offer not met and it was on the same till.

So this begs the question.... who's stalking who :rotfl:
