  • 21 sensitive washing powder in stock when I checked a few moments ago.

Popped them in my basket (and then removed them quickly!)

I finally managed to place an order for myself a couple of days ago (and these items are now on my favourites) and noticed they were back in stock this morning, along with no7 mirrors and no7 manicure kits.

HTH someone who is still looking!

What I would like to know is would it be okay to use my husbands card without him being there as I have started to do my christmas shopping? CS did say to keep my receipts and I could have them added on when my new card comes but I would rather use my husbands card if that is okay as he never hardly uses it himself.

That shouldn't be a problem. In the off chance someone mentions the name difference, just say it's your husband's card. If they still raise a fuss, just say sorry, didn't know I couldn't use his card, please validate my receipt. SAs early on knew I was using my hubby's card, because I asked how it works -- I though Boots was like nectar in which I could get another card tied to the same account, but with my name on it. None of them ever said I shouldn't be using his card, they just said I could get my own card if I wanted to.

    Hi

Please can anyone tell me if I am right in thinking that none of the extra points codes issued by the advantage card machines are going through on .com at the moment?

    Thanks

I always used normal colgate, or aquafresh, the mintier the better. when i was in my teens (10 yrs ago) they never had whitening etc available so not sure how they would work. have you tried a dab of Tea tree oil? I use loads of this stuff for spots, cuts, grazes etc. and all of the above can be purchased at Boots :D

putting sudocrem on before bed really helps!!!!! takes the redness out and helps clear them up- ive tried loads but have found this really helps the most
:jTrying to save as much as i can :T
Have started my christmas hampers :-)
  • Loads of decent stuff on the clearance at Coventry Precinct today. Dr Lowe face sets (cleanser & day-cream) for £8.00, Ted Baker shower gel & body lotion for £1.25 each, ROC sets (day cream & eye cream) for £9.50..... er..... loads of 17 fake tan for £2.00. Some lovely (sorry, forget now which sort) shower gels and body creams for £2.00 each. Few Urban Decay eyeshadows down to £2.50 now (were £5.00 last week). Some floral toiletry bag sets (large and small) for £6.00 for the pair. I managed to get the Ted Baker men's bag for £3.75, it was the last one though.

There were 8 or 9 johnsons TTT so off I trotted to the till with 4 of them and they scanned at 1p, but the SA refused to sell them to me :( She was saying "Oh no, that can't be right. Oh no, I'm sorry, you're not having them for that" and whipped them all out of my basket :( I did try to politely argue "but if the till is saying that price......" but she was having none of it  I'm in there a LOT, so didn't want to cause too much fuss and get a reputation as a trouble maker, so I just left it :(

  • Hello

I bought some of the No7 electricals when on 342 but only want some of them as tbh I haven't got anybody to give most of them to as I am already sorted for female gifts for the next year or so.

Would anybody happen to know what the policy would be for returning 1or2 items when on 342. I have done it before with the xmas mix&match and they have given one 3rd of total spent back per item but with us getting them so cheap in the 1st place would they get funny about it and say I had to refund all 3 or non at all?

I don't want to send them back only to get messed about (for instance if I was to send 1 back could they take that as a free one and give me nothing for it?).

    Any ideas?

  • Hi barmybabybugaroo

Instead of returning as its may cause problems could you donate them to womens refuge or charity?

I think to return with a receipt will cause hassle and without a receipt may seem a bit fraudlent as you would get the selling price and not the bargin price.

  • Why take it back at all if you got it for free?

Would make a nice gift or charity shop donation perhaps?

"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being".
"Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that".
"True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".
