I haven't had my cheque cashed yet and haven't heard anything from them. I ordered both items. I'm not sure how long to leave it before I contact them - not exactly sure how i'd contact them!0 -
I received the standby saver on friday but no owl. Does anybody know who to contact regarding daily mail promotions? I have sent token for dinner service in August/September and have not heard anything yet? Thanks0

I received the standby saver on Thursday and the monitor on Friday. My granny applied before me and she hasn't got hers and neither has my mum who's application was in the same envelope as mine. I've got the same problem with the two tiers so I've set it for half way. It's quite scary how much electricity we use. I had the washing machine, tumble dryer, combi oven and hoover on at the same time and it went up to over 70p per hour. It's not too bad at the moment, we have tv, sky, table lamp and two laptops on and it's at 6p per hour. I think I'm going to get obsessed about it.:j little fire cracker born 5th November 2012 :j0

Got my Owl today and just worked out what price to use...
I have taken all consumption over the past 2 years calculated on my current charges (first 12 kwhs etc) and has worked out as:
Gas Click6----6.807p & 3.432p resulting in 3.944p (just thought....GAS what am I doing!!!!!Fool)
Elec Click6----19.810p & 9.849p resulting in 11.705p
Hope this helps any one setting an OWL up.
Just waiting for my Energy saver.0 -
I received mine yesterday as well :T I set it up right away and it is working fine at the moment. Just a question though, I'm on the British gas fixed 2011 tariff which is
25.317p for the first 125KW
12.015p after that
However, the OWL monitor doesn't allow you to specify the tariff based on the KW usage, only peak times. Has anyone faced this problem? Any ideas how I can set this up so it gives me as close a reading as possible? I've currently set mine up to be 25.32p, which is not very right I suppose0
