Question about phone line and Tiscali

Hi, i am moving into new house next week and it hasnt got a phone line. I rang up tiscali and they said that it would be £30 to get a phoneline. I find that incredibly cheap with all wiring and such. Is there a catch to this or is it just a good offer.

    I'd get the offer in writing and go over it with a fine toothcomb.
    Are you saying there is no physical wiring to the property?

    They are probably aware that you can get a new line installed by BT for £29.99, however this is on an eighteen month contract and subject to you making a certain number of calls. Don't trust Tiscali.
