Glad to hear I am not alone! They didn't issue me a new password as I only received my password today and they didn't mention anything about that. I too spoke to a very nice lady when I rang but like you suggested I try again later - not really that helpful!

You put in your TEMPORARY password first(the one they sent you in your letter)
When the page changes this password is still there on the top line,you then enter your own password that you gave when you applied for your account,on the second line.
You then have to put in three letters from your memorable word.

I think you may be mixing up your passwords.

I was putting in the right username and passwords so that wasn't the problem. I was using the username that they sent in the email and the password that I got in the letter like the letter told me to. However I have no eventually managed to log into the account although not as smoothly as I would wish.

I have discovered that for some reason clicking on the login button does nothing, as does pressing enter. However, if I click on the last of the 3 letters I have typed in so that that box is highlighted in blue and then press enter then that works!

I have no idea why that is but I have finally managed to log in. It would be interesting to see if this also works for East Coast Diki.
