I suppose the main thing to consider is how badly you need access to your money.

Personally I opened the account, filled it up, moved it all to one of their 6 month term accounts a few weeks later, and I'm just leaving it now until the end of the term. So I can put up with the website issues.

If you're like me, then you can probably put up with the issues. If on the other hand you're going to need quick and easy access to your money, then maybe it's not the best choice right now - until they sort out their website.

Yea, I could probably put £5000 into the 6month or even the year fixed account (thats if I can ever log on!) and then find somewhere else to put the other £3000 that I might need quicker access to.

Any suggestions of a good savings account that you can transfer funds whenever you like with a good rate of interest?

Just this minute logged in with no problems at all.
Must agree with the cookies theory.
BTW site will be down 19/20 Sept.

Don't mean to appear like a dunce but how would I go about clearing my cookies? I does seem like the website freezes so that might be the problem I don't know?!

I use Safari but it was in a similar place so I have found it thank you - although it didn't help with the logging in problem - still not getting past the memorable word page.

Does anything think it might be because I haven't deposited any funds into the account yet?

I cleared several KE cookies from Firefox and I still have the same login problem I mentioned earlier. It seems to be affecting some people and not others.

well i have been trying most of the day to log in to my KE account with the same probs as robster88. so i rang them and they e-maild me a new password the first 6 digits all upper case and the last lower, but still getting nowhere. verry frustrating indeed, the lady at KE was verry nice but could not help me anyfurther, she just asked and said try later or even tomorrow, keep you guys posted,
