  • Great idea Andrew. This will definitelly help to pay for the next year's presents or wrap.paper + cards from this year's sales. I already have 4 different piggy banks on the go - each is a saving for a certain thing - such as the next summer holiday fund, mum's birthday etc...

Hi, If anybody hasn't started this and still want to you can still do. If you save £1 a day over the next 100 days this will mean by New Years Day you will have £100 to do what you wish with.
  • Thanks for this idea.£1 a day sounds easy.If I get up earleir and walk to school with DD rather than getting the bus thats £8.75 a week I could save so should manage £1 a day.A few pounds to bring me up to date and away we go.I think I will use my £100 for a weekend away with hubby2b after xmas.

    I'm in!

I only read the thread today so will start from yesterday (24th) I've managed to get 2 x £1 from work today (earned not stolen lol) so I excitedly put them in my tin, so, it's all systems go :j I'm going to use the £100 for either: stuff for me, or next years xmas cards/wrap/pressies stuff that will be in the sales.
