    Hi Andrew,

I've moved this across to the Special Occasions and Celebrations board where people tend to post about saving for Christmas.

  • OOh thanks for this - will start this today - keep it from hubby until christmas and then we'll have a bit of spending money for the hols - maybe go to cinema and out for a couple of meals with £100. And at £1 a day it doesn't seem like much.
  • If you all saved £1 a day or even 50p a day then in the sales you could buy yourselves a cuttlebug (those who make cards)
Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists
  • Great idea - I'm in! Have just put my first £1 in the Christmas Dog money box.:D
  • im in aswell, great idea, not sure if i can afford the £1 a day but ill try my best.
    £8/£100 - £1 a day until xmas day :T - im a little behind it shud be £11 i think.

  • We're doing something simular in as much as we're buying 7 £1 Morrisons Saving stamps a week. So lots of nice christmas extras from the supermarket already pre-paid. Also buying some of the presents early so that December isn't such a strain (not only Christmas but I have two birthday presents to buy that month :( )
  • I would love to join in but there's no chance of putting a pound in today... I've run out of toilet roll and bread and money today... Damnit!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
