Sorry about your phone too, Tete! I totally empathise as I'm quite prone to the odd tantrum. I blame it on the fact I'm a fiery Scorpio, although OH will ask me if it's my 'special time' - enough to send anyone into a rage I'd have thought:rotfl:

Definitely!! Luckily OH didn't see straight through my cunning lie, he just called me a clumsy beggar, which he already knows I am so it's OK! :D And he's gettin a new phone himself soon, paid for by work, so I'm getting his old one, which is very snazzy by my standards!

Flu sounds horrid Dinah, I've never had it myself I have to say. You seem to be poorly quite a bit, hopefully two weeks away from work and moneysaving in Egypt will put you back on track :)

Fingers crossed for NIM at interview, did he put in for the police in the end?

DOTD - very very nice from the front, I like everything - the little sleeves, the gathering on the bust and the frills at the bottom... and then the back looks like a load of old net curtains!

Blimey, I had to read that carefully! I do love the dress, but front view only I'm afraid...

Poor Dinah with the flu - feel better soon!

And I'm at work! Had my bed up by 11 (mostly by myself too *flexes arms*) thumbed a lift across and OH is picking me up after so no Vessie today!

Sounds like a day for tantrums! I had a little fit before coming to work, was in a rush making the bed, getting changed, trying to make my dinner then Dad started making digs about how i 'should be ready' I didn't know I was coming in! I didn't do any phone throwing, but I did chuck my lollipop in the bin (same too as it was an orange one and quite nice..)

Hope NIMS interview went well Dinah, and as for you flu I prescribe some bad channel 4 afternoon movies and some chick lit, to be taken in big doses between snoozes.

As for the DOTD, cut it just at the knees, and that's my dream dress!(only vintage cream kinda colour!) Maybe without Grandmas net curtains around the back.

haha, I don't think I could of if I wanted too, the mans too chuffing tall!

It took me about 3 goes to fit the first bracket on the bed, then 2 for the next, then I got the hang of it! Got to see a good morning of 'Yesterday' - Antiques Roadshow, All creatures great and small, History of Britain. Am I turning 18 next week, or 67?!

I agree about the DOTD, I only posted the back so you wouldn't think it was as good as the front suggests!

I'd be sure that you were an old lady Cinny if it wasn't for the lollypop comment!
