    No-one has evre suggested that Lehmans owed money to HBOS

    Well they do....thats for certain, either directly or indirectly

    It'll take months to unravel the mess that will be Lehmans trading books. The guys in the 'red braces' who worked there and did the trades had no idea what was going on, so the administrator will find it even harder to fathom.

    The repurcussions of the Lehman Brothers failure will continue for a long time.

  • If Lloyds take over HBOS, I presume that means the £35000 limit is spread across all banks within both groups, which would probably affect a lot of people who have spread their money about.
