Thanks for the compliment
Yes..the way I look at is
Welcome bonus £10 (with this promotion)
Refer a 2 or 3 friends a year £10 to £15 (I am trying for more!)
Saving on yearly fee (compared to the other site) £5
We are talking a difference of £25 to £30 to be made up. So I decided I am better off with edealsuk.com.
Again..depends on the individual and if youve got friends or relatives who shop online etc.,0 -
Not sure what to think but I did my first actual purchase through edeals the other day and its not showing up. The purchase was for over £220 and I'm not too happy about it.
I contacted them and they checked things thier side and said they have nothing showing at all for that company I purchased from and niether do they see any searches I've done through kelko. I have cookies enabled but whats strange is I have quidco and rpoints and both of them are showing my transactions. I was 100% logged onto edeals when I purchased I made sure of it, I didnt want to lose a £220 worth of points.
Ive checked the things edeals told me to check, they said I could send a copy of the email sale conformation and they could chase it up but I guess they will just say I wasn't logged on. Still my kelko searches are not going through though
If I cant get the kelko searches to show I will definitely not purchase through edeals again, I'd rather stick with one I can see is actualy working
Any ideas?Thanx

..but wanted to reply on this issue.
I am from the concerned cashback site.
Dear Lady_k, We remember you contacting us about buying something worth a couple of hundred pounds or so from an electrical retailer (the reason we remember it particularly is that so far, you are the only member who queried a transaction but never provided any details of it until now)
The cashback amount received would have been something around £4 or so max...but we werent able to do anything about it as we never got any details of the transaction. If we did, we would definitely have chased this up with the merchant concerned to try and get your cashback.
We have thousands of transactions going through smoothly everyday and I am sure there will be members on this forum who have had first hand experience of our site.
Just wanted to explain as I think it is a bit unfair to make general assumptions about our site and statements based on one isolated incident - that too without giving us a chance to sort it out.
We can still look into it if you provide us with the details. We are always willing to help promptly if there are problems with transactions.
Apologies again for late reply to this - and posting on this thread.
(please note that this thread is old and members joining our site now get £5 free cash as the promotion on this thread has ended)
With regards
