This is what all the cash back sites do I think. They all have minimum cash back limits to reduce admin costs (imagine having to send cheques for 1 or 2 pounds)..also to make sure the members dont join their sites just for the initial cash back bonus.

Still cash back shopping is much better than shopping directly through any online retailer directly.
