As the text of the message makes abundantly clear, the Foundation concerned is highly reputable, exceptionally well-funded, regulated (though I'm not quite sure why as it's a French enterprise) by the UK Parliament, and exists to:

Which of course, it already has.

I know of two Martians, three Moonmen and a couple from Andromeda P727 who have benefited hugely from the donations they've received (for example, it has proved possible to fit every home on Andromeda P727 with inside toilets, a hell of an improvement on having to go in a crater.)
