    I've been struggling to get my head round their recent programs on More4, looks like repeats of Locationx3 followed by the Property Guide "update" show, as though they've dropped filming purchases and just gone into the studio to waffle until we forget about their previous ramping.

    We should have listened to them - it was the stamp duty that was ****ing up the housing market - all this tragedy could have been avoided - Lehmans and probably Bear Sterns saved - if Gorden Brown had acted sooner and stopped it altogether.

    When will we ever learn - all it takes is buying a house in the country and a pad in town!

    But I actually would take great pleasure in harming these two. Infact I prefer borth Gordon Brown and Garry Glitter to both of them.

    They are pompus pieces of !!!!!! who live off others people's insecutries. Please can these !!!!ers be removed from the earth.

    It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
    Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
    If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
    If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
    If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

    As soon as house prices stop falling (in however many years that is) the 2 chancers will emerge from hiding and start tellling people to BUY! BUY! again and at ANY PRICE. They have zero shame

    As this seems to be the 'chat among yourselves' thread, can someone tell me (and I hope this isn't a crass question) where's m00m00 ?.....I had a lot on in August...my Dad died, when I came back m00m00 had gone.

    We have had two cats called dolly - both superb creatures, the first black as coal and the second a naughty tortie.
