Is thee an internet usage meter for a Mac laptop?

I know there is a very good thread on usage meters but twice this question has been asked by others and not answered therefore it looks as if it needs a dedicated thread.
We have three computers networked. Two are pc and my son has a mac laptop. We have recently gone over the fair usage policy but as we dont download much it is hard to see how we get to this high usage. He needs to see how much he is using so can anyone help please.

Thanks for the tip but google dont tell us what are the safe ones to use and especially if they are free. I have been told to be careful about what to download if they are not known to you.

Top entry on Google. Do some of your own research first in future before posting a thread. As for being careful what you download, that is correct but your borderline paranoid.

Thankyou. That one was not top of the list I looked up.
Not paranoid but some of us are not so computer literate and get into trouble. I have tried downloading sites for things like anti spyware only to end up with lots of problems caused by those very sites. Just be grateful if you understand these things better than I do.;)
