You know if you took up cycling as well you could be a tri-athlete in no time...
I do cycle actually... i have a cracking bike i got on employee cycle to work scheme with old nhs employer.... it's my pride n joy.... well after erin and maybe my car!
however the most i do now is about 4 miles once or twice a month, so not exactly tri athlete distances! i think bike is parked for the winter now... pah!

A 4mile bike run, 2 or 3 mile run and 500m swim might be a baby triathlon?:p You just need to keep building it up.
Hubbles put our bikes in the loft at the weekend as by the time we have free time to use them the perma-rain will have settled in:(26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

Arrrgh I MUST STOP PROCRASTINATING!!!
I've only got five more months of statements to go and I can't seem to kick my bottom into gear and do them.
I'm going to do them now and then reward self with some sort of reward that costs nothing and doesn't involve food. Hmmmm.LBM : August 2007my debts: less than this time last year....!DFW Nerd Club #706I'm Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts

The only lovely price that I know of is free!
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -
