Morning all - good to see the smilies back :T

Off to work in a minute and then tonight I have to go and look round the school I'll be teaching at next week.

Hope everyone has a good day. :D

    Good morning

I had a call from Matt the plasterer to say he's coming this morning with his team and they'll be there at 9am so I've had to persuade mumsy (yes I call her that when I'm after a BIG favour:D) to come round to mine to let them in at 9am. I'm going to phone in a couple of minutes to see if they've arrived.

Last night was a bit manic trying to move the computer out of the spare room, but it's now in our bedroom and I can look out into the garden when I'm on the computer which means if I ever work from home I'll get no work done for looking out at squirrels and cats and things!

    BB - hope it's good.
Amy - hope you feel better soon.

Hope everyone has a good day.

    Piffle.

Just remember not to sell yourself short, you've loads of organisational experience gained from AS, you're dedicated and self motivated (OU course) and you're financially savvy!

Morning all. Minor excitement last night. We got a visit from CID (very yummy in a nice dark suit for those who need to know;) ).

Apparently the noises of domestic violence from the flat next door has escalated into something more serious and the ned in question is now under lock and key, potentially for a very long time. Just hope the girlfriend/wife is not too badly hurt...

Unfortunately I wasn't looking my most glamorous and the flat was an absolute tip so I don't think I made a good impression but it was a bonus eye candy experience:p

Hubbles is off to Dublin for a few days (I insisted otherwise he would have spent his whole week off doing housework and DIY and he needs a break) and being a man is chronically incapable of being organised more than 5 minutes after he's due to leave...

Could be a long day today as not an awful lot to do (I finished this week's to do list yesterday:rolleyes: ) but I have brought in a textbook to sneak in some studying if you all go quiet again.

Hope you all had pleassant dreams after last night's chat...

Hugs, hoorays and good luck vibes all round:D
